I've almost always taken cash. For me, I only ever sell my games if I have to, because I need the money. Most recently was 4 years ago when me and my partner were buying our first home and needed money to get us over the line. I parted with so many of my collection that day and still regret not figuring something else out. 😂

Having been a previously Gamestation employee I have never understood processing the pre owned games there and then in CEX. The dedicated processing staff whilst the others served customers was a better model.

Basic oppertunity cost. Vouchers simply mean you are stuck to paying CEX over inflated prices which for current systems such as switch is practically the same as brand new. Compare switch game prices on say vinted to Cex. Depends on what the money is being spent on.

I like that you hide the address, but still leave the inpost tracking number with information on both sender and recipient xDD

Bonus for you with the Midnight club, the classics version is the complete edition with all the dlc included on the disc. Its worth more than the standard and is a lot more sought after.

What surprised me most is to hear Game still exists. Kudos to them for lasting this long with an old fashioned business model.

Classics disk of Midnight Club is the complete edition which is worth a fair bit more and comes with all the content not on the store now so probably a beneficial miatake!!

You'd think someone who collects promotional copies on Xbox 360 and never gets manuals with them could put 2 and 2 together and realize they don't come with manuals 🤣🤣

Great little bundle. We all know these promo copies are up your street so you did well. If you want to clean off that pen scribble over it with a white board marker and wipe it off with a bit of cotton wool. A bit of spray oil helps. I use GT85. £4 in Halfords. You can use IPA or sticker remover if you don't want to use that. It works on permanent marker as well. Better off on plastic than paper. I've used the technique on manuals that have had permanent marker written on and it does work and it improves it but it leaves a bit of a smudge. As I said though on plastic it works perfectly.

I use the InPost lockers a lot because I sell a lot on Vinted and I've had two or three occasions out of a few hundred where there was already a parcel in the locker

People moan about modern gaming, clearly didn't live through the 80's, 90's etc. Christ, half the asshats moaning about modern gaming today, had they gone through the 80's and 90's, they'd have needed a helpline. I am 44.... I saw Atari and the ET game nearly kill gaming. I live in the UK, and in the 80's, the ZX Spectrum and C64, kept gaming alive.... the games were s##t, they were on cassette, half of them didn't work or load... But because they cost between 50p and £2, they got away with it. Then the Commodore brand died, killing with it the Amiga 500, Amiga 600, Amiga 1200 and the CD32, and the CD32 cost £300 and died within 24 months. Then you had the bats##t crazy mid 90's that had the Atari Jaguar, £380, discontinued in 12 months, the Panasonic 3DO, £549.99, died within 24 months and the Phillips CDi, that died on arrival. Oh, not too mention SEGA dying. But ya know what, we all just got the hell on with it and carried on playing games. These days though, you have amazing PC's, amazing games on Steam, GOG.... Game Pass. You have the Series X, PS5, PS Plus, Game Pass (console), Ubisoft Plus, top tier free too play games, more ways too play and this year alone, some fantastic games due out......... But according too you melts, gaming is either bleak or dead. Get a grip you wet wipes.
